The primary years are the most important for building the foundation to learn the skills needed to be successful readers, problem solvers, and independent learners. Our students learn to love reading through the exposure of a variety of genres. The Accelerated Reader program is included in the reading curriculum along with literature groups. The math curriculum involves computation and problem solving skills. The students use manipulatives, technology, and a variety of games to master these skills. It is our goal as a primary educators to help each child to reach his or her potential so they can become life-long learners.
We teach that it is important to cooperate and be considerate to our classmates. This is why our faith in God is the center of our lives. We begin and end each day thanking God for everything He has given us.
